This vintage Blanc de Blancs from Chardonnay grown on the north shore of Lake Constance and made as Winzersekt by traditional bottle fermentation. Labeled “V3” when there's a later disgorgement of the 2021 base (alongside CV03/CV04 releases), pointing to an extended lees aging window of roughly 30–36+ months depending on. Bottled w/o dosage as Brut Nature (zero dosage). This is one of the most riveting examples of sparkling coming out of Germany, let alone Baden.
