This is 100% Sangiovese from mixed Montalcino soils, picked early for lift and fermented as whole clusters with a short, closed-tank carbonic maceration to keep the tannins fine and the fruit vivid. Élevage follows in concrete and stainless steel to preserve crunch and clarity, and the wine is bottled with a light touch of sulfur.
