This is an amphora-fermented, skin-contact white composed of roughly 50% Vermentino with the balance Trebbiano and Malvasia, all organically grown. Fermentation with native yeasts takes place with the skins in terracotta for about three weeks, followed by twelve months in concrete to settle naturally; the wine is bottled without added sulfites
