From 40-year-old Moscatel Galego vines at 600 meters in the schist and granite soils of the Douro’s Cima Corgo. Grapes are hand-harvested, then undergo 2–4 weeks of skin maceration in cement before spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Bottled mid-fermentation using the ancestral method, with no additions, fining, or filtration. Lightly cloudy, energetic, and deeply rooted in site and method.
