Although Thomas has taken over the estate (Val Frison) from hi mother, very little has changed. Most wines, like this, are from one vintage and one varietal, seeing no dosage. The Coteaux is one of the few new wines, it blends both Chardonnay and direct to press Pinot Noir. A delicious, limestone driven wine.
