Grand Cru Chardonnay from the steep, wind-sculpted slopes of Valmur, organically farmed. Native yeast fermentation, long élevage on lees in older barrels, no bâtonnage. The 2022 channels Valmur’s grandeur with a touch more breadth—richer stone fruit wrapped in saline tension. In magnum will age beautifully.
Wine arrives Sept 2025.
