"From organically farmed vines planted in 2019 by our good friend Morgan Twain-Peterson and his inimitable team at Bedrock Wine Co. (a group of people we can assure you are some of the best folks we know in the industry) using cuttings from the nearby Monte Rosso Vineyard, the second oldest Semillon in the world. We couldn't say yes fast enough when Morgan offered us the fruit - we literally picked the next morning. Unusual for the variety, clusters here are loose with small berries. Bad for juice yields but oh so great for the wine's texture and mouthfeel."
