Highlight crushable Gamay from Bourgogne vines planted in the northern village of Fixin. Wine is named after the grower, Pierrot. For those who love Passetoutgrains, they should be seeking this delicious bottle out!

SOIL: Clay-limestone
VITICULTURE: Organically farmed vineyards in Fixin.
VINIFICATION: Whole cluster vinification of seven days with semi-carbonic maceration. Vinification in stainless steel tank, no sulfur added.
AGING: Aged seven months in three different vessels: 86% stainless steel tank, 7% amphora, 7% fiberglass egg. One gram of sulfur added at the bottling (on a fruit day in the moon calendar).
