Brendan Root was intrigued by wine from an early age through exposure at his parent's dinner parties but it wasn't until he began working in the service industry where his passion really took off. After studying under some of New York City's top wine directors he decided it was time to take his love of grape juice to the streets with Weygandt Selections, where he has had the pleasure of representing amazing growers for more than a decade. When he's not drinking wine Brendan can be found on the ski slopes, hanging with his rescue kitten, and strumming his guitar.
