Self-proclaimed rosé enthusiast, Colleen Allerton-Hollier, is thrilled to present the greatest hits of all pink wines. Refreshing, crisp, savory, gastronomical— only the best for this celebration of maceration (or direct press and saignée!) While "rosé season" is 365 days a year in this house, it just feels right to honor this iconic category in the peak of summer.

All experience levels are welcome (you just need to be 21+)! We will provide you with all class materials needed. Please no gum, mints, or strong perfumes.
 
E-tickets will be delivered via email; please arrive a few minutes early to check in and be seated.
