This is cult whisky that wine lovers can reeeally nerd out with.
Belgian Michel Couvreur settled in Burgundy in the ‘70s and dedicated his life to a process of maturing whisky in rare, old casks: Pedro Ximénez, Palomino and Vin Jaune barrels (often, from pedigreed sources). After he passed away, his legacy has continued with son-in-law Cyril Deschamps and cellar master Jean-Arnaud Frantzen.
We'll be joined by Jean-Arnaud to explore these iconic whiskies.
