50yr-old 85% Garnatxa Gris, 10% Carinyena Gris, 5% Muscat grown on granite sand. Destemmed and 30% direct pressed, 70% macerated for 7 days before pressing to stainless steel tank to ferment and age on fine lees 3 months before bottling.
Confianca = “Trust” from the first plot he harvests in Emporda and sets the tone for the vintage, this cuvee teaches him to trust his instincts. Used to be all Garnacha, but has since included muscat stems & Carignan gris.
