This Réserve bottling comes from the En Buzigny lieu-dit, made in Tino's gravity-fed cellar. The Pinot Noir is picked in small passes and fermented with a high proportion of whole clusters on native yeasts, then raised quietly in Stockinger barrels with no fining or filtration.
