Single-parcel Pinot Noir from 1er Cru Les Croix in Écueil, planted in 1959. Practicing biodynamics since 2022 with a focus on soil vitality and biodiversity. Grown on compact brown sand, gravity-settled juice ferments with native yeasts in small oak barrels. No fining, no filtration. Brut Nature, disgorged Jan 8, 2025 (fruit day, waxing moon). 2,260 bottles produced.
