- Terroir: From two parcels 60m apart in Pupillin. Côte de Feule: (10 ares) Moderate slope (26% average incline), south-facing. 390m altitude. Located in what was once a stone quarry. Shallow and rocky soil with iris-colored Triassic marls. Fonteneille: (15 ares) Located on the plateau above Côte de Feule, north-south orientation. 400m altitude. Clay and silt soil on a Triassic limestone bedrock with fossilized mollusks (gryphées).
- Viticulture: Sustainable, converting gradually to organic.
- Vinification: 100% whole cluster. 12-16 day ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank with no added SO2. Pump-overs only, vertically pressed. Aged for 9 months in stainless steel (80%) and in older barrels (20%). No fining, no filtration. Minimal SO2 added after malolactic fermentation and at bottling.
