2024 Milan Nestarec Kiddo Skins Moravia, Czech Republic

Vineyard: Slovenské, Moravia. Clay soil. Planted in 2001, 0.7 ha.
Vinification: Whole bunches are harvested by hand, then pressed in autoclave for free-run juice only. Spontaneous fermentation on skins and stems until 1/3 done, then finished in pressure tank to keep the CO2 in — 10 days total. Aged in stainless steel, unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2. Bottled in January 2025.
Personality: “Light-hearted, easy-drinking stuff” — bouncy! Delicate but well-structured due to whole-bunch pressing and early harvest.
