This Nebbiolo comes from organically farmed vineyards in Montelupo Albese, just east of Serralunga d’Alba, offering wines made with whole cluster fermentation ( about 80%) and native yeasts, then aged in stainless steel before bottling unset and unfiltered. No additives, minimal sulfur.
The 2023 is floral yet grounded. Think red rose petals, raspberry, wild strawberry, and iron-flecked earth. It’s medium-bodied with clean acidity, fine tannin, and notable salinity—structured but inviting.
