AGE OF THE VINES: 30 years for the youngest and 56 years for the oldest.

HARVEST & WINEMAKING: Hand-harvested into crates with sorting in the vineyard, followed by a second sorting on a sorting table. Direct pressing of whole bunches. Fermentation for 20 to 25 days in stainless steel tanks with temperature control on fine lees. Indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in tank.

AGING: 7 months in concrete or stainless steel tanks. Bottled without fining or filtration.

PERSONALITY: Great white wines are all about texture, and no grape variety conveys the notion of delicacy sculpted on the great terroirs of the Southern Rhône better than Clairette. Here, it displays a chiseled and vibrant finesse, enhanced by a touch of Grenache Blanc that lends it body and depth. A gastronomic white wine for aging, combining freshness, complexity, and length.
