from parcels Les Bodines and Verleule, located in Arbois. Each parcel has a mix of yound and old vines, with the oldest being 60 years in the parcel of Verleule.
Orientation: Les Bodines is west-facing while Verleule is southern exposure. 300 metrers in altitude
Soil: Les Bodines is limestone-centric and Verleule is dominated by irridescent marnes.
Viticulture: Naturally farmed; no herbicides or pesticides, works in tandem with nature. All hand-harvested.
Vinification: Destemmed by hand, whole berry maceration. Fermented in tank with indigenous yeasts.
Aging: Aged 8 months in tank with no added SO2.
