2023 Domaine Moreau-Naudet Beauregard, Chablis Premier Cru, France 1.5L Magnum
$185.00
Only the domaines second vintage bottling this special cru. The last 15 years it's gone into the village Chablis as they replanted in 2001 with massale cuttings and only now released as the vines reach full maturity, Beauregard returns to the range in 2023.
This south-facing, very steep, high-altitude slope at the far southwestern end of Chablis’s left bank brings a cool, late-harvested profile from shallow clay over Kimmeridgian limestone marl.
Hand-picked fruit is gently pressed and fermented with native yeasts, then given an extended, no-new-oak élevage on fine lees in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve cut and salinity
Wine arrives late September, 2025.
