Young vines of 90% Carinyena Blanc biodynamically grown on granitic sand, complemented by Malvasía from the family’s Penedès vines. Destemmed and direct pressed to stainless steel tank to ferment and age on lees for 4 months before bottling. This is a completely new wine from prior vintages, made from Salva’s new massale parcel adjacent to their Valentia plot.
The change from Penedes fruit to mostly Emporda fruit happened in this vintage with packaging
