The La Main Sur le Coeur bottling is crafted from a cépages of eighty percent chardonnay and twenty percent pinot noir grown in Vertus. The wine is entirely barrel-fermented and aged under cork, rather than crown cap and was finished with a dosage of 1.5 grams per liter after its disgorgement.
