Procura Tinto is a mix of two different vineyards, one of centenarian, field blended vines, and another dry farmed Alicante Bouchet vineyard with extremely low production, both around 700 meters of altitude. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and then aged for 24 months in used Burgundy barrels.
