2018 Suenen 'La Grande Vigne' Pinot Meunier Extra Brut, Champagne, France
$275.00
From a single parcel of 45-year-old Pinot Meunier vines planted on chalk and clay-silt soils across a south-facing mid-slope in the Aube, this cuvée is made by Aurélien Suenen to highlight Meunier’s aromatic generosity with minerality and precision. Fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel, followed by 48 months on the lees before disgorgement; dosage is under 4 g/L for a genuine Extra Brut finish.
