100% Trousseau Gris sourced from the 100 year old, dry-farmed Fannuchi-Wood Road Vineyard in the Russian River Valley AVA. Grapes are foot crushed and left to macerate whole cluster for about three days. This short amount of skin contact provides some texture and a light rosy hue to the wine. 6 month maturation in neutral barrels. - Bowler
