Vineyard: Little Creek, Norton Summit. Planted in 1987 and 1990, 505m altitude
Soils: Light loamy clay over sandstone with extensive schist and quartz rubble
Production: 138 cases
Vinification: A mixture of 100% and 50% whole cluster open-top fermentation, 8 months in French oak barriques, 35% new.
Personality: savory wine with immense power and perfume, spicy, generous, and warm.
