Age of vines: 15 years old
Vinification: Grapes are harvested two passes early October giving two different levels of maturity // 30 to 40-day maceration, 30% whole bunch, in concrete tanks // Ageing for 20 months in âtronconiqueâ wooden tank and concrete tanks.
