First of Mora's Babic range. A blend of vineyards in the Primosten hills. Up to 300m of attitude, w/ vines up to 50 years old. All the grapes come from bush vineyards. It means no machining, spraying once a year, working only by hand. Fermentation in open 1000L barrels, 4 days in contact with the skins, a single racking, 1/4 in old oak.
