All the vineyards are in the granite-rich soils of Val do Salnes. The fruit for this wine is taken from only their vineyards. Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages in tank for 6 months on the fine lees. Depending on the vintage at most 25% of the tanks are allowed to go through malolactic fermentation.
