2021 Cabecas do Reguengo Respiro Lagar, Alentejo, Portugal

A field blend of over a dozen indigenous white varieties including from two small centenarian vineyards at around 600 meters of elevation. The grapes were foot trodden in lagar (old-school cement press) and allowed to ferment on the skins. The wine was then aged for 9 months in 225 L used french oak.
