Terroir: Blue marl soils dating back to the Lias epoch.
Cultivation Method: Vines have been undergoing organic conversion for several
years.
Certified "In Conversion to Organic"; since late 2019.
Vinification: Hand-harvested with a yield of approximately 25 hl/ha.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks. Aged in
oak barrels using the *ouillage* (topping-up) method to highlight the floral aromas
typical of this grape variety.
Serving Temperature: Recommended at 14°â15°C.
