A biodynamic blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay (Morillon), sourced from the mid-slope Opok soils of Südsteiermark. Spontaneously fermented with native yeasts in open oak vats, followed by 24 months aging on fine lees in large oak barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur.
