This Chardonnay is sourced entirely from biodynamically farmed parcels within Puligny-Montrachet—Bluses, Pré la Dame, Femelotte, Champ Perrier, and Equince—making it unusually Puligny-true for the appellation. Fruit is hand-harvested, pressed gently, and fermented in oak (about 10–12% new), then aged 12 months in barrel and a further 6 months in tank before a light fining and very light filtration if needed. The 2023 shows the house’s hallmark precision: citrus and white-flower lift over a chalky, saline line and a clean, poised finish.
