- Viticulture: Organic and biodynamic (not certified), plowed with a Chenillard under the vines, all of the farming in the neighbor's section done by Catharina since 2024.
- Vinification: 50% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 12 months in used barrels. Minimal SO2 additions throughout.
