This 2022 Vin de California Pet-Nat highlights a blend of organically farmed vineyards along the coast. The vineyards express a mix of warmer days greeting cool evening breezes to achieve phenolic ripening while retaining freshness. We source the Zinfandel from Komrosky Vineyard and the Pinot Noir from a new vineyard in the Madson portfolio,
Sea Terrace. Perched above Watsonville, this vineyard rests on a terrace of ancient marine
sandstone soils.
This wine has immense depth for a Rosé with a tropical burst on the nose. Notes of guava and salted watermelon follow. Greet strawberry cream on the palate while savoring the acidity with a kiwi-skin finish.
