Frok a parcel of Pinot Noir planted in 1990 on a west-facing slope of Portlandian limestone in Vincelottes near Irancy. The whole clusters were fermented spontaneously in barrique with a 30-day maceration, with no sulfur and with two punchdowns. The wine aged for 11 months in barrique without racking and bottled unfiltered with a tiny dose of sulfur. 1 bottle maximum per customer.
