From two parcels of older-vines grown on lower slope limons and clay in Rotalier, Peggy and Jean-Pascal Buronfosse hand-farm their 4 ha estate organically and work with minimal intervention. The 2023 Pinot Noir sees a 12-day destemmed maceration, followed by 9 months’ élevage in used barrels, and is bottled with no added sulfur.
