This cuvée is sourced from Les Folatières, one of Puligny’s most esteemed premier crus, situated on steep, well-drained limestone and fine marl soils that give Chardonnay both tension and breadth. The domaine harvests by hand and presses whole clusters gently before fermenting the must with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels. Élevage lasts approximately 12 months
