2023 Domaine Les Enfants Sauvages Cool Moon, IGP Cotes Catalanes, France
$27.99
Domaine Les Enfants Sauvages, situated in the Roussillon region of Southern France, was founded in 2004 by the winemaking duo, Carolin and Nikolaus Bantlin. The name "Les Enfants Sauvages" translates to "wild children," symbolizing the Bantlins' commitment to natural, organic, and biodynamic winemaking methods. Originally hailing from Germany, the couple made a life-changing move to France, drawn by the region's diverse terroir and rich winemaking heritage. Driven by a deep passion for crafting genuine and expressive wines, the Bantlins' estate spans 15 hectares of biodiversity, including 10 hectares dedicated to vineyards.
The 'Cool Moon' is everything we love about the Cote Catalanes region! Wonderfully textural whites layered with salt and minerality!
