2023 Domaine Partage Gilles Berlioz Resilience, Savoie Chignin-Bergeron, France
$65.00
All white wines at Domaine Partagé are processed as follows: whole bunches, long gentle press of 4-5hr, fermentation and ageing in fibreglass, light filtration and 30mg/l SO2 total added pre-bottling around March the following year.
Bergeron is the local strain of the roussanne grape; it gives a dense, concentrated wine with apricot/peach fruit showing more dynamism and natural acidity than you usually find in the northern Rhône (roussanne’s heartland).
