The Aligoté is drawn from a single plot of very gently sloped vines below Meursault and next to the village of Corcelles-les-arts.
Soil: Clay-limestone
Vinification: Manual harvest, no added yeasts or enzymes, very rarely any bâtonnage, no racking, cold and very slow fermentations (late-occurring malolactic conversion)
Maturation: 18 months in barrels of older barrels, light fining and filtration
