A truly amazing red wine, made from the 1905 red vines of the Maglite vineyard. The locals call the grapes "Grenache," but we think that it is more likely Cinsault-- darker, more floral and perfumed than Grenache.

A light but powerful wine, light in color and body, but with density and structure. In some ways, like a very old school Burgundy, in some ways even like Nebbiolo-- but more fragrant then either. For the first time in our four years of making wine from the vineyard, the wine smells like roses! Raj loves and praises for the exotic virture.
