The Rosso combines parts of the three crus of the Salicutti estate. It starts its life classified as Brunello but if a vintage feels it does not want to undergo the required duration of aging in wood, it is declassified to Rosso. In 2023 it is 60% Sorgente, 20% Piaggione, 20% Teatro, a yields of 20 hl/ha. Vinified in concrete with 35 days of maceration; aged 22 months in 1000L Mittelberger casks.
