Valmur is a cool, amphitheater-shaped grand cru with thin clays over Kimmeridgian limestone that delivers tension and laser precision. The fruit is hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeasts; élevage runs on fine lees mainly in stainless steel with a small share in seasoned barrels and no new oak to preserve cut and salinity.
