Making of (2024): Syrah is direct-pressed, while Merlot is de-stemmed and left to macerate (“float”) on the pressed Syrah juice for 3 weeks. Wine is then pressed and aged in concrete tanks and barrels for 8 months. Bottled in June 2025 with zero sulfites added.
