Terroir: Surrounded by forest, only one direct neighbor (organic), west-facing, shallow soil with large limestone pebbles, red soil in the northern end, grey soil in the southern end, well-draining.
Viticulture: Biodynamic (not certified), taken over by the Domaine in 2022.
Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters in a vertical press, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 10 months in 228 and 500 L barrels, SO2 added after malolactic conversion.
