“The old white of the peasants of San Gimignano, which disappeared with the success of Vernaccia. Before harvest, in order to have some white, they used to pick the Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes from the traditional vineyards of Chianti. It is a very nice white wine.” From San Gimignano, grown on clay soils, between 250-350 meters.
Farmed organically, 70% Trebbiano 30% Malvasia, this is pressed gently and vinified in steel.
