2024 Outward Grenache Rose Two Wolves Vineyard, Santa Ynez Valley, USA

Two Wolves Vineyard is situated just outside of Happy Canyon AVA in Santa Ynez Valley and features dense shaley clay loam soil. It is situated on a south facing hill side and these Grenache vines were planted in 2010. winemaking The Grenache was harvested by hand at 21 Brix. The grapes were foot stomped and soaked for an hour before being pressed. The wine rested in tank for one night, then was moved to neutral oak barrels. After 6 months in neutral oak, the wine was bottled with minimal sulfur and without fining or filtration in April 2025.
