Vinified separately and blended before bottling. Ageing in old oak barrels, of varying sizes.
The wine is low alcohol, spicy and juicy. All I want from a young bottle of Syrah. The wine is very approachable now, but will be very happy to lay in a cellar for a number of years before being enjoyed to its maximum potential.”
