VINEYARD Names: Garaunele B, Mamoiada, 0.5 ha, 650 m elevation
Age of Vines: 6 years 
Soil Profile: Granitic. Organically farmed, and the younger vineyards have
been using controlled grassing since 2022. Most of the work is done
manually, and since 2023, the company has also been creating compost
from winemaking and pruning residues, along with manure from the
surrounding sheep grazing, which will provide organic matter and
strengthen the weaker plants.

Yield: 21 hL / ha
VINIFICATION Harvest: Harvested by hand early September 
Elaboration: Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast in stainless
steel. No maceration. Gentle, direct pressing. Aged 7 months in stainless
steel before bottling in April. 933 bottles produced.
WINE Ruby red grapefruit, white strawberries, watermelon rind, saline, seaspray,
subtle herbs like marjoram. Fresh, dry, saline finish.
